My approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, compassion, and non-judgment. I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where my patients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts and feelings and can develop the skills and tools they need to thrive, not just survive. I am Certified in HeartMath, Moral Reconation Therapy, Trauma Professional Level 2, and EMDR. I also offer Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy. Treats mental health and substance use disorders.
