My year-long training with the Integrative Psychiatry Institute (IPI, 2022) and subsequent training with Zendo Project, have equipped me to support you with preparing for and integrating your experiences with psychedelic journeys. If you wish, I may join you during your medication experience while you are in clinic and/or we can meet together before and after your treatment. Integration therapy in the days and weeks before and following a psychedelic-assisted therapy session can help you to better understand and process your experience, integrating it into your everyday life and making the most of your experience. We may engage in Art Therapy, EMDR, IFS, guided mediations, and/or talk therapy to help you prepare for and share, explore, and process your powerful journey.
