As a depth therapist, I work collaboratively with you to better understand your life, explore patterns that are keeping you stuck, and help you experience a fuller range of your capacities. We will look together at how you can reclaim your life for yourself, in your own timing and on your own terms. In the beginning of our work together, I conduct a thorough developmental interview that will aid our understanding of where you've been and what patterns you may be carrying that impact your life. I am trained in psychodynamic, existential, IFS, and a trauma modality called Psychedelic Somatic Interactional Psychotherapy, which works with low-dose ketamine and cannabis to address deep attachment wounds. I am also a Certified Group Psychotherapist through the American Group Psychotherapy Association, and lead 3 weekly men's groups as a part of my practice.
