KetCon is not a healthcare provider and does not provide medical advice. Nothing on this platform should be interpreted as a clinical endorsement of any professional. All clinical decisions remain entirely the responsibility of the licensed professionals involved.

By using KetCon, you agree to use it for legitimate professional networking purposes only.

KetCon is intended for licensed or credentialed healthcare professionals — including (but not limited to) physicians, psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, licensed therapists, and counsellors working in the field of psychedelic-assisted care.

By creating a profile, you confirm that you are a licensed professional and that the credentials, licenses, and information you provide are accurate, current, and belong to you. Misrepresenting your qualifications is grounds for immediate removal from the platform.

KetCon is not intended for patient use or for the general public.

We use third-party services (including the NPI Registry and OIG LEIE) to verify that the licenses you list on your profile are active and in good standing. A verified badge on a profile means we found a match for the information provided — it does not constitute an independent clinical endorsement.

Verification checks are a starting point, not a finish line. You are responsible for performing your own due diligence before entering into any professional collaboration or making referrals.

KetCon is not liable for any inaccuracies in third-party verification data or for professional conduct that occurs outside of this platform.

You are responsible for keeping your profile information accurate and up to date. This includes your name, credentials, licenses, specialties, and contact details. If your license lapses or your information changes, update your profile promptly.

Do not include any patient information on this platform. KetCon is a professional-to-professional tool. Protected health information (PHI) must never be entered into any part of your profile or messages. If you need to discuss a specific patient with a collaborator, use a HIPAA-compliant channel outside of KetCon.

KetCon's matching feature suggests potential collaborators based on specialty, location, approach, and other profile factors. These suggestions are algorithmic and informational — they are not endorsements of any individual's clinical competence, ethics, or suitability for a specific patient.

Any professional relationship you form through KetCon is entirely between you and the other professional. KetCon is not a party to those relationships and accepts no liability for clinical outcomes, communication failures, or professional disputes that arise from them.

We collect the information you provide when creating your account and profile (name, email, credentials, bio, etc.) to operate the platform. We do not sell your personal information to any third party.

Two features send data to external cloud services: the Profile Auto-Fill feature (your website content is sent to Jina AI and Google Gemini via OpenRouter for extraction) and the compatibility matching feature (profile fields are processed by Google Gemini via OpenRouter to generate match scores). License verification queries the US government's NPI Registry and OIG LEIE. Transactional emails are delivered via Proton Mail.

Your profile is visible to other registered professionals on the platform. Email addresses are not publicly displayed. You can delete your account at any time, and we will remove your personal data within 30 days of a deletion request.

By using KetCon you agree not to:

• —Use automated tools to scrape or harvest profile data.
• —Attempt to access accounts or data that isn't yours.

Violations may result in suspension or permanent removal from the platform, at our discretion.

KetCon is provided "as is." While we work hard to keep the platform accurate, reliable, and secure, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that all information on the platform is error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KetCon and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform — including clinical outcomes, professional disputes, or reliance on profile or verification information.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a significant change, we'll notify you by email or with a notice on the platform before the change takes effect. Continuing to use KetCon after an update means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which KetCon operates. Any disputes will be resolved in the applicable courts of that jurisdiction.
